Toddler Room Reveal: Friendly Monsters

Yup. That's right. Ryan's room is FINALLY finished. {Okay, when I say finished, I mean for now. I have a couple spots that need a little something and I still want to make a sign for the front of his door, and...well, you get the point.}

Last night was his first night in his new room AND his first night in his big boy bed! He did AMAZING! We are so proud of him! He loves his new room! He wants to play in there constantly. SCORE!

Anyway...on to the room! Before...

After...

Play station. The table I got at Savers for $10 and spray painted red. The sock monkey was made by my grandma as a gift for Ry and is one of his favorite things. The black basket under the table has a bunch of toys in it. The chevron board is a pin board and I'm still deciding what I want to put on it!
Sleep Station. Nightstand cost me $4 at a yard sale and I just painted it red.
Friendly Monsters. My mom made the three pictures for me. Isn't she amazing?! Her business is opening soon. I'll let you all know when so you can check it out! The sign above is a tin sign I got cheap at Ross. It was green and said something about divas, but I bought it to use for a craft and voila! I finally had the perfect spot for it! I just painted it orange and used vinyl and my Cricut to make the words.
Reading station. If you know me, you know how important books are in our home. So, of course, I had to put a reading station in Ryan's room. The book bin I got at Goodwill for $2.50. I simply painted it green and added vinyl lettering to it. So easy!
Shelf unit. This white shelf I got at Goodwill a long time back and painted it white (from red) for Ryan's nursery. The letters I also made for Ryan's nursery. Then a picture of Ry!
Dresser/changing station

So far it has been a big hit!

    1. HAHAHAHA the only thing I can do is laugh at this comment. If you saw it in person, you wouldn't say I'm good at it. I had SEVERAL issues with this and decided I will never spray paint furniture again. Not a talent of mine. But thanks :)
