DeleteHey. Just a thought. Have you ever heard of or tried Moms into fitness? I have HORRIBLE tendinitis in my knees and I LOVE her workouts because they don't hurt my knees. You should try them. Her website has a free 4week program. Just sign up with your email and she'll send you the workouts! Let me know if it works.
ReplyDeleteI haven't. I will look into it. If it has ANY bending, jumping, or raising of the legs...it will most likely hurt. I've had more than one personal trainer that couldn't find any exercises for cardio or leg strengthening that DIDN'T hurt. Gah. But I will try it! Anything is worth a shot! Thanks!
