National Relaxation Day (08/15)

I sat on the couch and read a magazine just because I wanted to. And actually, I didn't even read it, really. I looked at the pictures. People StyleWatch=my guilty pleasure.

Family Fun Month celebration (08/16)

On Thursday night, we sat around and picked out some fun activities to do as a family over the next couple months. We wrote them down on popsicle sticks and stuck them in a jar. Now we can just draw one and have some fun!

National Thrift Shop Day (08/17)

Ry and I made an afternoon trip to DI. I got a cute pair of pj pants, a skirt, and a few books. Love thrifting!

Bad Poetry Day (08/18)

We kind of forgot to do this and watched The Hunger Games instead.

World Humanitarian Day (08/19)

On World Humanitarian Day, I looked up some organizations and decided that my next donation will go to Susan G. Komen for the cure. My aunt and grandmother both had breast cancer, so this is a cause close to my heart.

Cupcake Day (08/20)

I know he doesn't look happy, but trust me, he LOVED it! He was just a bit tired :)

There's a National Cupcake Day? Seriously? How awesome is that?! Ry and I stopped by a cute little cupcake shop at the mall by our house called Caketini. We got the chocolate celebration cupcake and some milk and shared. SO GOOD!
