I need some accountability peeps. Seriously. So I'm putting up some of my goals for the month and at the end of the month, I have to tell all of YOU how I did. Maybe this will be the kick-in-the-butt that I need to get some stuff done. I think it's the summer heat. It makes me s l o w and extra tired. Gah.

Drink at least 80 ounces of water per day

What a good idea. I should totally list out all of my goals, too! I tend to just get overwhelmed and say screw it, but you're inspiring me! :)
ReplyDeleteSwimming is an excellent cardio exercise! I also have bad joints and i swim a few laps and it's such a great workout and is really easy on the body! Good luck!
