Stephanie Meyer

So I finished reading Breaking Dawn awhile ago...and I must be honest...I LOVED it. And yes, I am a little ashamed to admit this. While reading the Twilight series I am totally and completely lost in an imaginary world filled with werewolves, vampires, wild romance, and extreme adventure (and often times find myself still lost in that world weeks after I finish). EVERYTHING reminds me of the book. I'm completely obsessed. But at the same time, I am so glad that Breaking Dawn was the last book of the series. Frankly, I'm a little sick of it and was happy for it to end. Now don't get me wrong, it was a great story. But it was a little much. Now if I ever feel I need a little Bella in my life, I can just pick up Twilight and start over (or my favorite of the series which happens to be Eclipse).

The Host, on the other hand, I read earlier this summer. It is pure brilliant!! I seriously had the hardest time putting this book down. If you haven't read this one yet, I HIGHLY recommend it. It is a perfect mixture of suspense, adventure, romance, comedy, friendship, and trial. Great great book. But if you do read it, I suggest you start it on a week where you aren't SUPER busy...because once you start---you can't put it down. :]

Seriously, if I could be in anyone's brain...I would choose Stephanie Meyer. I just wanna know where she comes UP with this stuff. And how she thinks so far ahead to tie together 700 pages of stuff. It's crazy. Her or Mia Michaels. But that's an ENTIRELY different conversation. :]]]
